What is Darvocet?
Darvocet is a combination of acetaminophen and propoxyphene. This drug is known as a painkiller, and may either be snorted (just like cocaine), ingested or chewed, or dissolved in water to be injected. Mild to moderate pains are known to be cured by Darvocet.

Why people use Darvocet?
Traditionally, Darvocet is one of the prescription drugs that are made to lessen the pain felt by patients. Eventually, it has become susceptible to abuse since it primarily triggers addiction due to the brain rewarding functions that it induces. There are a lot of reported cases of either accidental or intentional Darvocet addiction, all of which are attributed to its soothing effects.
People who have a Darvocet addiction often are not immediately aware of their situation, but for most of them, the need to take the drug arises from psychological reasons. When they took the drug, their body tends to be familiar with the “feel” of Darvocet in their system, which would make them crave for more.

What are the signs of Darvocet addiction?
If a person is addicted to Darvocet, chances are he would experience convulsions, be very irritable and hotheaded, perspire excessively, and acquire kidney and liver problems. Also, some changes in their attitude may be observed by people around them.
